The Pod of Destiny
On Sunday of Confusion, Moonbeam and I sat down and did a podcast. Then we realized the recorder wasn’t on, so we did another podcast. We recorded in the Atrium of the hotel, so had lots of random guests. Here are a few of them in order of appearance…
Jeremy Matt Duhan Megan Minion Missy Karen Victor Laura April
We also started a new segment where we list of our top 3.14 of something. A Segment we completely stole from the Floppcast. Sorry guys, was to go not to steal.

Only a month and a half late with this one. I’m getting better. Actually, the problem was this was one of the worst to edit ones ever. The new recorder worked great but I had the volume set to auto adjust and it was constently to quite. I had to manually set all the levels thourgh out, so sorry that the levels change often. Mostly they are normalized. This has been fixed on recordings done after this one. Any how, but this a Moonbeam and Bill only show. We went shopping for the New Year’s eve party we were having. Went to Whole Foods and Meijers and talked mostly about Christmas stuff. More comming soon. Enjoy!
This is our Bonfire 2012 podcast. Well part of it. We recorded a full episode but the new app we used cut our almost 3/4ths of it. So we only have random bits of the podcast. It skips around alot missing lots of content. I added lots of other bits to fill the episode out a bit, but it’s still one of our shortest. Appearing on this episode is Bill, Missy, Moonbeam, Franky, Bahb, Karen, and other random voices in the back ground. Stay tune as for more podcast that are hopefully far better in the near future.
Once again we opened the Pod of Destiny’s voicemail(424-242-2729) up to the general Confusion 2012 population. Here is all the voicemail’s we got over that weekend edited all together. Most of them are me checking in from time to time. Enjoy!
Carrie and Josh came to Michigan and I took them to visit i3 Detroit(the hacker space I belong to). Then there were surprises galore. This episode was recorded in September of 2011.
This was recorded in Aug of 2011(to date the episode that had the longest time between recording and putting it up). We went to the wedding of Monasty and Tessa up in Rose City(the middle of no where). We had intended to finish the episode, but never did. So this is like a half episode.
That right folks. I’ve finally posted a new podcast!!! Only took me 9 months. I figured I’d better post this before the podcast we recorded was a year old. Sorry for the long delay, lots of events in my life and Moonbeam’s. So here is a recording from my birthday party last year. In attendance was me, Moonbeam, Ferris, Dan, Karen, Chris, Conner, Mia, Susan, Ken, Mr. J, Mattawan, and Ann Marie, and prolly several others I can’t remember. It was my 37th b-day, so we had a Monty Python theme. If you don’t get the reason, the go rewatch holy grail. Most every one dressed up as a Monty Python character, and it was lots of fun. Moonbeam made me an awesome cake and we even called Carrie at one point. YAY. More episodes to come! Enjoy
I think that this is the longest we have gone between updates to the podcast. Part of the problem is my general level of busy-ness and part of it was this EP was on Pegasus, who decided to take a vacation in the same dimensional pocket in my over night bag that Steve found last year. He finally popped back out a few weeks ago just as I was about to just skip this EP and move to the next one. I didn’t want to as we have already lost one of the Megan and Moonbeam episodes and I didn’t want to lose another. So Moonbeam and Ferris went out toIowato visit Megan in the summer and they recorded this podcast. Megan’s husband Ben shows up for a short time on this EP too. Enjoy and I promise the next one won’t take as long. I’m already working on it.
Moonbeam, Blasted Bill, Dan, and our friend Patty went to see Chris Hardwick of the Nerdist Podcast and Mike Firmin(who is the other half of Hard and Firm) at the Magic Bag in Ferndale Michigan. The show was awesome and we recorded the EP while waiting in line to meet them. They also let us record them while talking and taking pics. They were awesome! Moonbeam’s pick of the week is her new bakery facebook page, Rainbow Bunny Bakery. Go search for it on FB and like it!
Every year for Moonbeam’s dog’s Walter Bubbles birthday, she would make him pancakes and watch videos with Scott Thompson. Walter Bubbles pasted away last year so now Moonbeam invites every one over for pancake dinner on his b-day in his memory. While ever one was gather, we did a podcast. In attendance other then Bill, Dan, Ferris, and Moonbeam where…
Karen, Dennay, Rober, Mia, Chris, Connor, Megan, and Erin
